Finding the right fit
Achieve Beyond Limits is for young people and adults with SEND who may benefit from our programmes and the opportunities we provide.
We consider each person individually, looking at their circumstances, goals, interests and support needs to make sure our provision is the right fit.

A POSITIVE TRANSITION
Starting somewhere new can feel daunting. We understand.
Moving into a new programme, meeting new people and experiencing a different routine can be a big change.
We take time to make the transition into Achieve Beyond Limits positive, gradual and personal.
We’ll work with each member, and with families or other professionals where appropriate, to help them feel comfortable, understood and ready to begin.
Before you begin
Before someone starts with us, we’ll take time to gather the information we need to understand them and how best to support them.
This may include:
Their goals & aspirations
Communication & support needs
Things that help them feel comfortable
Important information about their wellbeing and safety
What they enjoy and want to explore
We’ll work with the member and, where appropriate, their family, carers or other professionals.
Understanding the cost
We’ll provide clear information about our current fees and what is included before someone starts.
Funding may be available through:
Direct Payments
Personal Budgets
Private Funding
Other individual funding arrangements
Funding eligibility and arrangements vary, so we’ll be happy to talk through your circumstances and help you understand the options available.
